Support Manos Unidas School of Cusco and help special needs kids in Cuzco
As a family-owned company, Fertur Peru Travel is an active supporter of Manos Unidas — The Camino Nuevo School of Cusco, a non-profit private school, providing quality education, teacher training and parent advocacy for special needs children in Cusco.
I was there two weeks ago and I can attest to the wonderful work they do.
Please read the fund-raising appeal below from Executive Director Celeste Marion, visit their Web site and consider donating and/or sharing Celeste’s message on your FB page or other social media network.

Friends and Donors of Manos Unidas,
I gratefully admire all the support we have received from you in the past, both emotionally and financially. As most of you have seen we are running a campaign to launch and fund our Young Adult Vocational Training Program. In all sincerity it will also help us sustain our existing programs that are making amazing change in the community of Cusco.
We are in a critical situation at the moment with funding only to cover our programs until the end of October. If you have donated to our cause in the past or volunteered your time with us, will you help support us by sending a link to the Blog entry I have written today to friends in a personal email, a link or post on their Facebook walls to show your support?
http://www.manosunidasperu.net/2012/09/we-need-your-help-now.html Tell them why you have donated and why you support us 🙂
Most of you are personal friends or people that have really come through for me personally with lots of love and support and belief in all the years of dedication that have gone into raising what we have from nothing. Thank you a million times.
And thanks for helping us spread the word.
Sincerely,
Celeste
